How to read the prices
  • The price is based on the area in m². The rate per m² decreases as the area increases.
  • The with-treatment column includes both cleaning and the oiling or sealing afterwards.
  • We always assess the surface first and adjust the pressure and method to avoid damage to paving and joints.

How much do paving cleaning and algae treatment cost per m²?
Above 20 m², guide prices are per m² and decrease as the area increases: 55-105 kr per m² including VAT with oiling or sealing afterwards, and 40-85 kr without. Smaller areas have fixed prices, from 1.750 kr with treatment and 1.250 kr without. Send the area in m² and a few photos to receive the final price as a fixed quote.
How much does patio algae treatment cost?
Guide prices for a 1-10 m² patio are 1.250 kr including VAT for cleaning alone and 1.750 kr with oiling or sealing afterwards. For 16-20 m², the prices are 1.750 kr and 2.350 kr. Above 20 m², prices are per m².
What is black spot, and how do you remove it?
Black spot is the dark, speckled growth that clings to paving and is difficult to remove with ordinary cleaning. It needs the right cleaning method and pressure to avoid scratching the paving. We remove black spot, green algae and dark deposits, then apply an algae-inhibiting treatment to help the result last longer. We also have a guide to removing black spot.
What is the difference between paving cleaning and algae treatment?
Paving cleaning removes dirt and deposits from the surface, usually with pressure washing or a gentler method suited to the material. Algae treatment is applied afterwards to inhibit the return of algae, moss and black spot. In practice, we do both in the same visit, as cleaning alone does not last as long.
Do you also clean driveways, steps and paths?
Yes. We clean paving, patios, driveways, paths, steps and other outdoor wooden and concrete surfaces. We always assess the material first and adjust the method and pressure to avoid damage to paving and joints.
Should the paving be sealed afterwards?
It is optional, but it helps the result last. Without treatment, algae and black spot return sooner. The choice is yours, and the two columns in our price table show the difference in cost.
Do you work in Copenhagen and Zealand?
Yes. We are based in Aarhus Ø and work throughout Denmark, including Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen and the rest of Zealand.
How long does algae treatment last?
It depends on how shaded and damp the area is, and on the surface material. North-facing and shaded surfaces develop growth faster than sunny ones. We can advise on treatment intervals when we inspect the job.
