I'm a carpenter, and wood is what I work with every day. Most of it involves balconies, wooden decks, and wooden floors that need sanding and oiling.
My name is Andy Patrick Fischer. Together with Marius, I prepare the quotes and am responsible for the quality of the work we complete. I also work on site when we sand.
We sand floors, balconies, wooden decks, and worktops. For wooden floors, we sand down to the raw wood and then refinish with lacquer, lye, oil, or soap.
On balconies, we sand off the deteriorated layer and oil the surface. If the boards are grey and scratched, the oil layer is broken down, and the wood is exposed to moisture.
The oil is what keeps the wood fibres down. Without it, the sun dries out the wood, leading to splinters.
You will receive a fixed price before we start, and a response within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will return and fix it at no additional cost.
