Delivery and returns

1. Delivery area

We deliver throughout Denmark.
Delivery to islands without a bridge connection may take longer and incur additional shipping charges.

2. Delivery times

The expected delivery time is shown when you order or agreed separately.

General delivery times:

  • Stock items: 2-5 working days

  • Special or made-to-order items: delivery times are provided individually

Delivery time is calculated from the day the order is confirmed and payment is received.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Product type and weight

  • Delivery address

  • Any special delivery requirements

The total shipping charge is clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Øens Håndværkercentral reserves the right to adjust shipping charges in the event of an error or special delivery requirements. In that case, we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Delivery method

Deliveries are made by:

  • Professional freight and transport companies

  • Our own delivery service for larger or specialist products

Delivery is to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Receiving your goods

The customer is responsible for:

  • Being available to receive the goods at the delivery time

  • Checking the goods for visible damage on receipt

Any damage in transit must be:

  • Noted on the delivery document at the time of delivery

  • Reported to Øens Håndværkercentral as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receipt

Claims cannot be made for damage that has not been reported within the stated time.

6. Delayed delivery

We will inform you as soon as possible of unforeseen delays, such as supplier failures, transport problems or force majeure.

Øens Håndværkercentral cannot be held responsible for indirect losses resulting from delayed delivery.

7. Missed or unsuccessful delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • Lack of access

  • An incorrect address

  • The customer being absent

we reserve the right to charge:

  • Additional shipping costs

  • A redelivery fee

8. Returns & right of withdrawal

When purchasing physical products as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable Danish law.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  • Contact Øens Håndværkercentral in writing through the website

  • Provide your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
